Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the Central and the East regions into an active low-pressure cell over the middle South China Sea with the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the South (east coast). The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. The strengthened winds forces the wave in the upper Gulf up to 2 - 3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. The waves in the lower Gulf and the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high with above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนล่าง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นที่ปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง ในขณะที่ร่องมรสุมยังคงพาดผ่านภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลาง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1–2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 23 – 27 ก.ย. 69 บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ จะมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง โดยจะเริ่มในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างและภาคตะวันออกก่อน ส่วนภาคอื่นๆ จะได้รับผลกระทบในระยะถัดไป เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลางจะเคลื่อนเข้าปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออก ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านประเทศไทยตอนบน ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยจะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยตอนล่าง และทะเลอันดามันตอนบน มีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทย และทะเลอันดามันควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในช่วงวันที่ 23 – 27 ก.ย. 69
