Southeastern Holt County in northwestern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1254 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms will track eastward across the advisory area early this afternoon. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area between now and 2 pm. This rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
